Yeah my guess is that I will have to peel back the front 3-4 feet of the roof in time.
Last bits of trim and decoration is happening this week and we hope to go out at least once before it gets too cool. I am personally hoping for Canadian Thanksgiving the second weekend of October as that is often one other last good weekends off the year and is also a traditional time to close and winterize a camp, trailer, or cottage.
If I'm really lucky we may get a trip in Mid-September. My wife is a music teacher so she will be very busy for the next couple weeks.. I have to get it ready to pull out off the driveway since students start arriving next Tuesday!

On another note I forgot to mention that I fixed that annoying little leak. It was the hold up clip on the front left cargo door. Also the PO had done some repair on the hatch and not caulked in the screws. I reinforced the repair and caulked the screws as well as reinforcing the clip and caulking it and it's screws.
Thanks for all the help from everyone I have tried to post info so the next guy can learn as so many here have.
John I have and will again review the project you and your son undertook to repair that roof. I do envy you the indoor space to work on it for sure!
Once we get the walls and trim finished later this week I will try to post some 'after' pictures. It really is starting to look good!

Looks like I never posted the results photos! Will do that here. Also wanted to thank everyone for their help as the trailer was bone dry after sitting outside all winter!
