Hi Larid
Good you included it was a 2006 T267SR. Since a lot of us know that year camper and what is in it we can help better.
Need some more background on what lead up to this issue to better help pin point the problem.
This much we know, you confirm, the 20 amp breaker in the breaker box was reset and is on. This means 120 VAC is going to the unit.
Now we need to know, has this AC unit run at all this season? Trying to find out if it is not froze up from winter sweating and seized the fan rotor.
Does the compressor run but no fan? Or do you have nothing that runs on the AC unit?
I know this sounds strange, but is the furnace on by accident? Reason for asking this is there is an interlock from the furnace to prevent the AC unit from running if the furnace is activated.
If you slide the T stat to FAN on, does it run the fan?
Have you turned the T stat way down to like 60 degress when trying to run the AC?
Is there 12 volts DC on in the camper? Meaning lights in the camper work? Check all the fuses in the breaker box for a blown fuse. The AC unit needs 12 VDC and 120 VAC to run. The 12 volts runs the control boards and can be on any one of the 12 volt fuses. It may be blown and you do not yet realize it. The 120 VAC powers the fan and the compressor.
Hope this helps
John

Your sig says you have a 264SR though, and they didn't make the 267SR in 2006. So something doesn't add up.

Jon, gee I missed the model number, that is where you come in You are into those things.
If Larid has a 2006 ducted air AC unit, all my questions still apply. Even for the non ducted too.

Larid,
OK Now we have some more to go on. You tell me where I go wrong in what you are seeing or hearing.
1. This year and today you can turn on the fan blower on the T stat and the fan will run? Yes/No?
I'm "assuming" you mean yes. If so that says a lot. It means the 12 volts side of things is working and no fuse is blown. It also says the fan is not froze up as it runs.
2. Now when you go to flip on the actual AC cooling part, does the fan run then? Yes/No?
If the fan does not run when you go to AC cooling but does run when just fan only that piece of info helps.
The hum, I do not want to jump to conclusions yet but a single phase motor that hums and does not start points to a bad starting capacitor as a likely cause. If the fan runs but no compressor, this points to the compressor start capacitor.
Are you electrically friendly? Meaning you know 120 VAC wiring and theory and ideally know 120 single phase motors? I do not know if your looking for info to do this your self or take to a dealer and sort of know what to expect? The start capacitors are up in the roof unit under the big plastic cover in a metal box on the side of the air box sheet metal.
Caution and heads up. Most Sunline roofs are not full walk on rated unless you put a tarp and plywood over the rafters. You can and will go right through the rubber membrane between the rafters without the plywood in place to spread the load out.
I do not want to bury you with the details if that is not what you are after.
Hope this helps
John
