Help on identifying this part?

Had a different view of my roof yesterday and realized that I had a problem with a broken vent cover.
It sits over the refrigerator area and appears to be a vent cover for that.
Looking at it for the first time from the rear I noticed it was allowing direct access from above to rain etc. Not good!
Any help with the part and finding a replacement is appreciated!
Thanks in advance!!

Fortunately my wife can scoot around on the roof with some sheets of plywood or foam insulation board under her! Got it off easily as well!

Nice find on the replacement, after an encounter with a tree limb in my yard I had to replace mine.
Used a Camco universal cover as I couldn't make much out from the broken pieces!

It appears that is what happened to this one somewhere along the line!
It's a Dometic fridge so this may be an aftermarket piece but it is exactly what I had so maybe it was replaced before?

Yep, these things get brittle over the years too, and become even easier to crack.

The factory usually sealed the four screws with roof sealant, so you may want to consider doing that too. It's a pain to dig it out when you need to change the cover, but it keeps the screws from rusting away, since those holes will fill up with water.

I replaced my cover with the Camco. The screws are longer and mount flush with the top. A little dab of Dicor caulk to cover screw heads works to seal out water, but easier to remove than digging out the recessed hole like factory cover. I've had it off several times since install.
