Need some pics or more wording of what your jacking/support setup looks like and what you mean by the tires are not 90 degrees vertical? I can read into that way too many ways. Pics really help in these cases so we can see what you are up against. The axles have camber bent into them on purpose. There is an intentional to spec bend in the center of the axle tube (middle of camper) to create the camber angle at the wheel. With the camper off the ground, the wheel will not be 100% exactly, vertical. Again, need more info on what you are seeing and the context of the statement.
The good news, you are using the Dexter over/under kit. If you using the kit correctly, the U bolts and jam nut setup can hold the axle in place to move the camper. But ideally you can find a welder to tack weld the new axle seats in place. He come to you or you to him. The issue is, during a hard braking stop, there is a possibly the axle seats can move, the tack welds help prevent that.
