You should still be able to get this down. It looks like the handle just came loose and the pieces fell out. If you just want to get it down you can put the handle on the end of the hex shaft sticking out of the ceiing and crank it. If you rotated it any you will need to put the white tube back in there first to rotate the antenna back to it normal position for lowering. If the handle is stripped out you can crank the shaft with pilers. If I remember right the handle is held on the end of the shaft with an allen set screw, this probably came loose causing it all to fall out.

Thank you! I thought the little screw that goes in the handle was stripped but it wasn’t. I asked a couple guys in camp and they came over and fixed it for me

The plate seems a little loose but Praise the Lord it works and my antenna is down!

Sun has a way of coming in and yellowing these handles, and then they get brittle. I've had a couple snap on me when I try to move the antenna. While Winegard has a lubrication procedure for the antenna base on the roof, almost no one does it, so they are usually a bit stiff too. Don't be surprised if you need to replace the handle, but good news is they are very common and probably easy to find.

Can someone direct me to where I can get the original tv antenna for my 1995 Solaris t1700 please. I know nothing about them or even what it looks like mine never had one only the hookup inside and outside cable connection.

This style is what is in the newer campers that would work in your 1995 model. The exact model in 1995 has been upgraded and you really cannot buy one that old, but this is the style and would work

https://winegard.com/industry/recrea...v/sensar-iv-rv

There are also digital Jack antennas some have used. Like this one https://kingconnect.com/king-jack-di...na-with-mount/

Those Jack antennas do not have to be on a crack up mast on some models. But they make them to convert an older batwing crackup antenna to have the Jack on the crack up post. I have added one of those to a friends camper.
