Question Graywater tank split

First major problem and of course during a weekend party.
My graywater tank seam has split across the top while the shower was running. We heard a pop sound and water started to gush out from over the top of the tank. At first I thought it was the pipe but on further investigation I discovered a split across the top of the tank. I now have the valve open so the tank wont fill but I am concerned about the system now being open. Any suggestions on repairs and prevention of a repeat problem.

Thanks RVnRN
