I have removed the front window on my camper, not for being broken but to replace the sealing tape to the camper. This should be the same procedure for yours
The window frame work come out fairly easy. Inside the camper is a flange ring around the window with lots of white square point screws. You take all those screws out, make sure someone is outside when you remove the last screws, and the window frame will push out and separate from the camper.
Sometimes the sealant tape is stuck pretty good and the will not want to come unstuck from the camper. Here you need to push from inside on a corner firmly but not overdoing it. Once it starts to separate, then gently keep working it loose until the window frame lets go.
Most times you have to take the valance and blind off to get the inside window flange off. Here are some pics of the removal process. A glass repair place may be able to help with the broken window part.
Let us know if you need help with new tape and the install process.
Hope this helps
John
