They might, if you find one that's been around a while. I remember the dealer I worked at carried round magnets, granted that was nine years ago, but they did have them. And they are the nation's largest RV dealer haha. They just had Dexter backing plates and drums though.

Round magnet with broken wires.

I'm attaching pictures.
This may be a Kelsey Hays magnet, not sure.
Dexter Axle, 10' drum, 1-1/2 inch shoes.
Need to know where to find a new magnet.
Is this retainer in the pic just a plastic plug holding on the magnet, &
if I force the magnet over it, will it ruin it?

One suggestion in the meantime, in the files area are at least two different Dexter axle manuals and one Al-Ko one. Brakes, hubs, bearings, etc. are all considered part of the axle. I know the Dexter manual contains complete servicing info on the brake assemblies. That may guide you through the repair.

FWIW, I believe that you can still get parts for these older units as they have changed very little over the years.

I think it's a Dexter since it's on a Dexter Axle. And the replacement magnet below looks correct. Most other stuff I found has an oblong magnet.

This may be the correct replacement magnet for you: K71-057-00 -MAGNET KIT (WHITE WIRE) 10 X 1 1/2" BRAKES According to what I found, this magnet fits both 7" and 10" Dexter brakes with 1.5" shoes. There are multiple sources on the net, I just linked to one for show and tell. I have no connection to them. The part number K71-057-00 brings up all kinds of hits and sources. You might have to add the word brakes to the keywords for your search.

And this instruction sheet tells how to remove and replace the magnet from the lever arm: http://fl.b5z.net/i/u/6149609/f/059_511_00.pdf
