OK, I "think" I figured it out. The rip is in the rock guard laying down on the lawn when taking that pic. The offending object that ripped the guard broken the window? Is this right?

How on a TC does one open the rock guard way up there?

Wayne,

Thank you for posting the window repair. This is the first I can recall where anyone has repaired a broken window. Very good to know. And the tip on the 3M cleaner as well. I used lacquer thinner and or turpentine and rub. Slow going but it takes it off the stuck on putty tape and leaves the paint still on.

Very nice work. Good job.

Thanks for sharing.

John

Looks very nice! Are you going to have the decal replicated?

John,
sorry but were working on both the tt and coc
the rock gaurd is off the trailer, the torn metal is off the coc
the window was not broken, damage was just below it.
I was just redoing because I found 1 void between the glass and frame in the butyl seal, had it out anyway.
Thanks on the yard art, lots of fun.
Jon, Yes will try, the original is in good shape, could cut it out and double side tape it on, LOL. or have thought about framing it!

Are these the same on my 81tt and the 87coc?
If i can would like then 10% larger to cover old the area.

Thanks for all your support!

No worries, Now I got it. I didn't think the slide in TC had a rock guard. Never know, learn something new every day here on SOC

Keep up the great work. Thanks for sharing.

They now have hay bail poles that fit on the 3 point hitch behind a tractor, Lifts up like a 700 to 1,000# round hay bale. Sort of like a lance. Some go on a front end loader to stack higher.

Like this:
3 point rear tractor mounted hay bale mover spear spike prong

It appears the correct name is Hay Spear. I was a fruit and vegetable guy, not cattle or dairy, sorry....LOL
