Thanks. We will be home tomorrow and then will get serious about what to do - just new glass or whole new window.

Got home safely without the patched window assembly moving at all. Today we took out the entire window to find the model number. Kinro is making us a whole new window but they had to have a model number that can only be found by taking the window out. They said just the glass cannot be replaced because of the way it is held in place. Since the lawn mower lady's insurance is being very cooperative, we did not question Kinro but just ordered the whole new window. It will take 2-3 weeks to arrive (including a new butyl seal). We will report on the installation when the window arrives.
