81 12.5 MC Porch light lens

Hi All,
I'm new here and thanks for having this site. My 81 Sunline outside light lens is missing and all I can find are Bargman that look right but are about an inch too wide and a bit too tall. My dimension in the opening is 4 1/4 x 2 1/8. Any help would be so appreciated.

Hi Chily,

I'm not sure which light you are referring to, if you can post a pic we may be able to help better, but maybe not in this case.

This much I do know, some of the older campers had a lighted grab handle next to the entry door and that Bargman cracked/missing lens comes up often by members if one can be found. Unless someone has found an aftermarket source or a way they have made one, Bargman themselves has discontinued making the light a long time ago.

And sadly, your porch light may be in the same situation. Even the last Sunlines made, the 2007 models, Bargman has now discontinued making them too.

If they interest you, search for that part number on line and there are several sellers that offer them.

Yes, please report back if that lens fits the grab handle or not. This is a common question. Seems someone created and aftermarket lens cover, now if it fits the one on the Sunlines?

My grab handle was completely dry rotted and crumbling. Not only the lens but the whole thing. I built this out of azek and attached a stainless gate handle to it. IMG_4005.jpg

Yes, we have many older Sunnys showing up. It amazes us how many of the old ones are still able to be brought back to life.
