1992 T-2053 Water lines from water heater

I have a new to me 1992 T-2053. The previous owner had taken excellent care of the trailer and I am now in the process of doing some work to it for my preferences.
I was going to pull out the island bed arrangement in the rear and replace the carpet when I redo the flooring throughout the trailer. Under the carpet in the rear is the same flooring as through the front of the trailer, which makes my job easier.
Now here is the delima. From the hot water heater there are two lines that travel under the bed, in the storage area, to a point near the front corner under the bed, nearest the wheel well by the rear door. At that point they go under the floor. Is this standard? Can I move the lines, can I move the point it goes under the floor at? I am a bit worried about storing heavy items under the bed that might crush the lines.

Sfven,
My first sunline was a 1996 T-2053, great little trailer. I thought the same about keeping large/heavy items under the bed. I just made a little box to cover the water lines. Nothing complicated, and just there for a little peace of mind.
