Sunline 1150 sportster

Question to all, I have a newly acquired sunny truck camper . I am going through the different appliances and systems.
1: can I re valve my horizontal tanks?
2: there is an on /off switch on the wall by the bathroom door that I can't figure out what it does. Any help or tips would be appreciated , thanks to all

There is a lot of confusion on horizontal tanks I would recommend having a propane dealer have a look at it, date they were made, possession of the valve etc play a big part.
No clue about your switch water pump maybe?

Those style tanks were a first for me. My other truck campers had small vertical tanks. The switch isn't the water pump I found that one lol.

Welcome Jeff! I believe the horizontal tanks can have valves replaced at a propane dealer, as well as recertified. Is it a permanently mounted horizontal tank, or just a portable horizontal?

The switch by the bathroom door is probably for the bathroom ceiling light. Turn on all your light fixtures in the bathroom as well as the switch. Then turn the switch off to see which one it is. The lights themselves have switches on them, but it's not a three way with the wall switch. If the wall is off, the light won't turn on regardless. If the wall is on, the light can be turned on or off from the ceiling switch.

There was something to do with the position of the valve on the tank either at the top or center a propane deal could tell you.
