Thinking of selling our 1987 Saturn T1670

Just bought it a year ago but already thinking we need a motor home so we can pull the boat.
Not sure what we should list it for. Has the original interior in excellent shape; the air conditioner is not the original one but was upgraded several years ago and blows very cold; put in new kitchen faucet; microwave; electric heating element in water heater and a new entry door/screen door unit. Any leaks were small and taken care of. It's ready to camp in.
We live in Sandwich, IL.
Any ideas as to listing price? Thanks.
