T2363 Water Leak

I have a 2000 T2363 that I got 2 years ago. The floor ris ght inside the front door (door opening side) right next to the refrig is soft. I'm suspect it is wet under the flooring.

The refrig is right next to the spot. And the flue for the refrig., is right abovr the area.

Are there places (refrig flue, door frame, etc.) where the T2363 is know to develope leaks?

What is the best way to open this area (inside or under the trailer) and see what is under there?

Can I save the vinyl flooring

What is best to repair/replace the floor?

Thanks.
Bob

Sorry to hear that Bob. We just picked up a 2005 t-2363 a couple weeks ago. I don't have any thoughts other than maybe you have a roof leak that is running down inside the wall or a leak in the door/sill. I haven't heard of any issues common to this model. Find the leak first, then fix the floor. There are many on here that have done what you are up against. Hopefully they will chime in and help you through the floor repair.

YES, good advice.

I would suspect the fridge vent cover on the roof as the first source of a water leak that would affect the floor by the door. Remove the outside access door to the fridge and see if there is any sign of water. Another possibility is a break in the forward edge of the wheel well but that would only let water in while driving in the rain.

Maybe a probe with a pick of some kind, ice pick or center punch, to determine how large the soft area is and maybe in which direction it extends. The only sure way is to dig in to see exactly how much and where the damage is even if you must pull carpet back to put an eyeball on it.

Another thought is the drip tube for the fridge, which should protrude from the vent outside, could that be leaking inside onto the floor??????????????
