Switch by door

I just bought a Solaris 267SR. I cannot figure out what the double switch by the door is for. Tried various inside and outside lights and nothing works. Any ideas?

One switch should be for your outside light. The other switch should control the lights in your entry room. Turn that switch on and then try some lights in the entry area of the rv to see which ones turn on.

Also a hint - make sure that the overhead in the living area is turned on - then the wall switch will work it.....

I'm not sure if the outside light has a switch - but the other hint is to make sure that the bulbs are good!

Just a hint - if you already thought of those "hints" I apologize!

Lights working?

Yes I did get em working. It turns out that the switch furthest from the door must be on for the outside light switch to work.

He may have a separate switch on the light itself, like the ones on the aux lights outside.
