sunlines everywhere
Hey everyone, Since we purchased our sunline I have been noticing them all over my home town. It is really cool that we have really started to look for them. I am proud to say we have one.

I've had my head on a swivel checking for Sunlines since we bought ours and found the forums here. I've got a buddy who I just found out has an 87 Satellite. Unfortunately he doesn't take care of it very well. (Jon, I'll get your the numbers and info off it when I have the chance.)
Take care,
Jason

I've been trying to spot another Sunline ever since we bought ours. This summer I've spent a lot of time on the interstate between Gulfport and Baton Rouge. Not a single one, yet.
If we ever have a meet&greet anywhere near our area, maybe I'll finally see another one.

Sunlines are tough to spot in the SouthEast. I have seen only a few in the 15 months I have owned mine.

I just saw a Sunline on the road going North on 9G through Tivoli, NY last Sunday at around 7 PM. I wonder if it was one of our members?
Earlier the same day, I was up in Gilboa, NY at a campground and saw three on the grounds and one on the way up there by the side of the road. Funny, sometimes you don't see any for a while then next thing you see a few!

Here in North eastern pa, I see quite a few sunlines , of course there were 3 sunline dealers within approx. 40 miles of my home, when they were still in business.

We trip over Sunlines here in Sinking Spring. I can walk down to the bridge over 222 on a friday afternoon and see a couple rolling down the road within a matter of minutes

We were at Boston Minuteman CG over Labor Day WE, and there were two other Sunlines there. We met one nice couple from Ma. and told them about the club, and never saw the other owners. They'd come back to their site and disappear into the camper until they drove out the next day.

We had never heard of Sunline until we went to a dealer in Brownstown, MI to look at a different brand that (fortunately) was already sold when we got there. The dealer said he had a Sunline he would sell us for the price we wanted to spend. He must have caught my questioning look because he asked if we'd heard of Sunline and said they were now out of business after the company was bought out but that they were very high quality. He had a 2005 T2363 on his lot that he showed us and said there was the 1997 T2363 with the same floor plan at one of their other lots that he could have sent over. We came home and I got online to find out as much as I could about them. That's when I found this wonderful site (that I check out every day!!).
I really find it hard to believe that this dealer about 50 miles away regularly sold Sunlines but none ever made to the Toledo, OH area (So close, yet so far away!)
To get back to the topic of this thread, the first time we saw another Sunline in our area was the first time we went camping with ours. We had gone to the store for some groceries to take on our trip and were leaving when my husband said "There's a Sunline!! Sure enough, it was pulling into the gas station in front of the store. The owner was from northeast of Lansing, MI. I don't know what was more exciting--taking ours camping for the first time or seeing another one!
Then in June, at Maumee Bay State Park in Oregon, OH we saw a 17 footer that I believe the owner said was built in the 1980's.
The first one was also older than ours but I don't remember what year. It's very reassuring and a testament to the quality that they are still in use after all those years (and still looking good).
