Yesterday and today was one of those days you could cut the humidity with a knife. I went outside this morning and my TT was beeping at me.
I opened the door and the smoke alarm was going off .... again. 3 beeps then 2 beeps. I remembered it happened a few times last summer, always when we had a day of high humidity. I know it is sensitive to ANY smoke. When I grill outside and see the breeze blowing toward the door I know the alarm will go off, and it does. I just take it down and put it on the chair and am thankfull that it is sensitive. Putting it on the chair soon reminds me to put it back up before I sit down.
I wonder if anyone else has had the alarm go off with just high humidity.
