I actually have rebuilt several. As long as the metal is still good it's t's not a bad job I use pressure treated wood cut to size.

Here is a post on one of our members rebuilding the door with pics. This is by far the cheapest option and have worked well for many over the years on the older wood frames doors. https://www.sunlineclub.com/forums/f...ild-14425.html

You can buy new square corner doors. I'm, assuming that is what your older one is. The newer ones have a radius on the top.

Here is one source, they are made to order I do believe and you can get the hinge on either size and the direct rough opening size. They most times go by the rough opening in the camper wall, not the actual door itself. Add shipping to this cost. I have bought direct from LCI before and had good experiences on all of them. Some times they are even cheaper then aftermarket sellers. Call them before you order to get all the specs sorted out you want/need.

Pelland also sells them. I have bought from them too and had very good experiences. Prices may be higher though but are good to deal with. https://www.pellandent.com/RV-Entry-Door-Replacement

It seems Amazon is even in this act, you may net get the size you want though https://www.amazon.com/Lippert-Compo...00S2IDQQ2?th=1

Hope this helps

John

I mortis all joints and add another piece the middle of the door that takes most of the flex out of the door. Buy a bag of stainless screws too.
