How TO MEASURE FOR SIZE OF AXLE?

We have 1991 starray 17ft. 7 inches two axles. How does one measure the axle for size FOR AXLE KIT? I would like to put axle under the leaf springs to rise trailer from hitting driveways going into gas station etc. and so it rides level. Have dodge Dakota 4x4? NEED SOME HELP!!! THANKS TRIP02

There are only two kits. One is for a 3" axle tube and the other is for a 2 3/8" diameter tube. All you have to do is measure the diameter of your axle tubes.

If you have a different manufacturer's axles, check their websites for kit info.
