Hello GW,

The switchback dinette is a neat feature. The back support & cushion on one side of the dinette simply slides up and out of the slots, allowing you to reverse it and insert it on the other side of the same "seat" cushion. This allows you to either have a seat facing the table or reverse it to have a seat for watching TV.

OK, that's what I suspected it might be but wasn't sure!! That's really cool and very versatile, is it unique to Sunline??

I'm sort of surprised only the 2553 had that. It seems like it would have been a great addition to the 2653 too, so the couch, dinette bench, and chair could all go in a circle.

we have the 2553 and one reason that we purchased it was the switch back dinette ---- we didn't have enough truck for a slide model and we wanted the versatility --- we love it - so simple and yet effective!

That makes the 2553 a more usable plan for us, even though it would be tight quarters for four of us. So, I'm guessing this feature IS unique to Sunline floorplans, or are there other manufacturers that have it??

Agreed, its a neat feature to change your layout. This is the type of thing that amazed me before I was a Sunline owner. I always loved the thought they put into design.......unlike my previous trailer.
