Does anyone know the year and model of this sunline?
Hi. Can someone tell me what year this 15 ft sunline I'm going to go look at is? They don't know. I am thinking it is probably a older model. Wood kitchen table might be a clue to someone also. I've never seen painted interiors before. . Just natural wood looking paneling. Don't think(don't know for sure) the natural wood panels have been painted over. When I enlarged some photos it looked like a little peeling at places. Thanks

I think they started making the white exterior in 1992, so it is older than that. The interior has been modified (painted) by someone, and looks like they did a nice job from what I can see in the photos. The fridge looks newer too.
If you have a serial number, Jon, (Sunline Fan), might be able to tell you more. I'm sure he will weigh in here soon.

Thanks. Somewhere on this forum I had seen a page telling the changes made by year. (I cant find it again.)I think I remember it saying in 1986 they changed from silver window panes to brown. Its the weight i'm worried about.( 1983 seemed to be the lightest weight) I didn't post the main pic that you can see it in, but it looked like some peeling and different thicknesses on the paint job on the wall. Like it wasnt the panneling painted over.I was afraid someone had redone the paneling and cabinet doors with a heavier weighing material that could increase the trailer weight. The cabinet doors above the couch Are DEFINITELY taller than any other small sunline trailer pics I found. I Looked at hundreds. I measured the proportion of length to height of the doors. The others doors are all shorter height in proportion to there length then this camper is. Which also added to my concerns that it was all new materials that weigh more.

1987 Saturn T-1550. Yes, that interior paneling has been painted over. No way those colors would be marketable for production in 1987 (or 2007 for that matter).

Thanks so much .The weight is do able then. As long as its just painted and not replaced with heavier materials. My, that was exact. So you think its just painted over and cabinet doors and stuff not replaced? They must have really had taller cabinet doors that year then. Im excited Am going to pick it up in a few weeks. It will be my first camper.

The kitchen ones look factory, but the back overheads may be modified. It looks lower than the original cabinet bunk went. The doors/cabinets are simple construction though, and factory doors are hollow core.

That is one cute remodel! While the rear cabinet does look large, I thought our 1660 fold down bunk was like that and sat oh top of the window lambrequin just like that.
