Thanks a bunch, just getting into this web site and do not know all the navigating yet. Yes it is a nice camper and in excellent shape, (1) owner before me who took great care in it, everything works, New Tires, Bearings, No rust underneath, No evidence of critters, New floor, and new preventative roof sealing. There were no leaks I think the previous owners were nervous that it would some day. It's going to sit on lake property down Cape Cod as a summer camp. Thanks again for the info.
