In your owner's manual, look for the yellow sheets. There, they list the model and serial numbers of appliances, and they may list the awing.
Ben is correct. The roller tube lists the Sunchaser part numbers if the manual does not have them.
I'm not sure if you are doing the labor or having an RV repair place do this since it is an insurance claim. An RV place may declare to buy the entire tube assembly, tube, end caps, fabric, springs, etc. They change out the entire tube assembly, not the awing arms on the camper, unless they are damaged. This costs more than just the tube, but the labor is lower as they do not have to deal with taking the springs and end parts off.
Then comes the Dometic obsolescence of older parts. Depending on which end caps your awning has, a dealer may not be able to find an entire awning tube assembly as the older style of end caps has been discontinued, and then they may claim you have to buy an entire new awning assembly, awing arms, and all. If this happens, you can ask if they will change your old tube and charge more labor.
If they cannot find parts and you have an issue, you can still get just the awning tube, as the tube is the same as the next-generation ends, caps, and springs.
Also, due to heavy water damage, I replaced two of these awning tubes on friends' campers. In these cases, only the awning tube was damaged; the springs and end caps were OK. Hopefully, your end caps and spring are also OK. Are they?
I bought just the tube here.
https://www.dyersonline.com/replacem...ller-tube.html. See the pull-down menu for size and price, And you need to add in freight. You need to measure the awning length you have to get the correct part. According to the 2004 brochure, the 2004 T-330SR had a 21' awning; you need to confirm that. The 21' is a nominal number, not the actual fabric. I believe it is the center of the arms on the camper. They only list the awning tubes in 1-foot lengths, so you can be close to which size you have. See the Dyers website. They talk about the tube length.
If the awning is original to Sunline, they would have installed an 8500 series Sunchaser manual awning, but the tube's end caps may be one of two kinds. And I would need pictures of the end caps to help determine which you have.
I hope this helps.
