Hi Shelley,
Tell us more about the draining. Does this happen when the camper is in storage or when you are plugged in at the campsite?
On your older model unless some one added it, there is no dissconnect switch up by the battery. When you return from camping and store the camper, you need to unhook the negative cable from the battery to stop the draining from things in the camper that are still using power. The LP gas detector is always on. Some times folks leave the tv attenna power booster on and then there is the radio if your has one. Unless you pull the fuses inside from the battery charge line, the camper will drain the battery.
Now if this is when you are plugged into shore power and it still drains, then your on board convertor may not be working or the power is not getting to the battery.
Like EMD_Driver stated, if you have a 12 volt meter, a battery that is charging should be above 13.2 volts, more like in the 13.65 range. If it is only reading 12.5 or 12.0 then the battery is not being charged and you need to start backtrccking as to how the power is not getting to the battery.
Hope this helps
John
