2001 Sunline Awning brand?

Does anyone know what brand awnings Sunline was using in 2001? My in laws just picked a T-2553(not exact sure of number). Awning was taken off. Lower bracket hardware is still there it is grey in color. Just thought if he could put on what was already there install would be easier.
thanks
john

Hi John,

A&E

I don't know what specific model it is, I suspect it was the Sunchaser. If you want to have thicker fabric, then you might want to go with the 8500. I don't care for the arm locking mechanism as much on the 8500, but it's your choice. The brackets that are on the coach will work with any A&E model.

It was originally 19' long.

The original awning color started with navy blue at the bottom/outside and faded out into a white when it got to the coach. This would work, or a dark red would work as well based on the colors of your coach. You won't get the same exact fabric that it came with because fabrics basically change yearly, but you will be able to get something with a blue of some sort. The other, more costly option is to upgrade to a Sunbrella fabric, which can be ordered in solid colors, and is really easy to keep clean and maintain. If you want to do that, this is the time to.

Jon
