We tend to do easy stuff that doesn't mess up the RVQ too much...ham steaks, those turkey mignons wrapped in bacon, chicken breasts sprinkled with Montreal seasoning, steak, and of course hot dogs. On the campfire, s'mores

Our favorite is called "Dinner in Foil." It is cooked over a bed of hot coals in the fireplace. Take two large sheets of aluminum foil and pile all of the ingredients in the middle: Meatballs, diced potatos, chopped peppers, diced onions, a tab of butter, salt and pepper to taste. Wrap the in the foil sheets being careful to seal all the edges and corners. Place the foil packs on a hot bed of coals: After 10 - 15 minutes, flip them over and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes. Open the packs and empty the delicious contents onto your plate. That's it.

If you do it right, you don't even have any dishes to wash. Use paper plates, plastic flatware, and disposable cups.
