Rear awning on the Que RE
I read somewhere in this forum that there is a rear awning for the rear entrance Que. I don't know if it was an add on or came with the TT. We just picked up our TT and there is no rear awning on ours. Hoping to find some info on this, as it would be nice to have on those rainy days.

Jazzybee,
I can't say I've ever heard of an awning on the rear of a Que. The Sunline Sunspot used to have a rear awning, but I think that was basically a dining fly attached to the rear of the trailer. That's how all awnings were back then, side or rear. You could look into a door awning, which is commonly used on larger Class A DP's, with the door in the front. They Since you have such limited space in the wall to mount an awning, this would probably be your best bet. I think they're availble in power too .

The rear awning was an option. The one at Stoltzfus had the rear awning, so I've seen it...it does exist. Is the awning rail already installed above the door on your QUE?

I don't believe the awning rail is there, but I'll have my husband check. I think it would be really nice to have, but I'm sure we could rig something up if I can't find one.

The RE model I will be taking delivery of tomorrow has the rear awning option.
I will post pics soon after I get my hands on it.

Ken,
No need to do that. I found the pics I had of your coach while it was at All Seasons, along with another RE next to it with both awnings. Now you'll know what to expect to see tomorrow:

Hi -
I'm just checking back on this thread from last fall and I saw the pictures of the rear awning that I was inquirying about in October. Very cool. I do not have the rails on my RE. Does anyone have any idea how I can find such an awning now? Do you think I should contact the awning manufacturer to see if they are still available?
Thanks.

If you look closely at Jon's sticker under "other standard features," you will see that the awning is by A & E Dometic. Here's a link:
http://www.dometicusa.com/awnings.php
Most of their door and window awnings come in 6 colors. One of them would probably be a close match to yours.

Hi,
I am a new member. Answering about an awning for the RE. I bought one from Carefree of Colorado. It is called the Truckin Awning. They are made for the pickup truck slide on units. You will want to get the six foot wide with the auto rafter. Mounting instructions are very simple to read & understand.
