Stationary Panel into a Door
OK, I have removed the stationary panel above the sofa that holds the clock and once again gone to my cabinet man and he is making a "working" door to replace the stationary panel. I will still be able to have the clock on the door.
Also, he has some "Maple Wood Tape", the stuff that you use an iron on to get it to adhere to your project. It is not stained a color, so I am probably going to get a small piece and try my stain on it. IF it is a fairly good match, I will definately be looking at using some of this in places where the "maple contact paper" has issues.
If anyone wants cabinet work done, as I said before my stain is available to you. I'm also willing to transport any doors you might decide to have made by my guy to Buttonwood in June.
