Check superbrightleds.com They have a variety of 1157 LED bulbs which will fit in the existing socket of your TT's light fixtures.
But LED automotive lamps have different characteristics from conventional bulbs. Some have very narrow viewing angles, and some are highly directional. Pick with care.
The marker lights can be similarly replaced with LED's, but again, viewing angle issues with some of them.
I opted to add separate LED turn signal fixtures about 8" above the regular tail lights on the trailer. My wife followed me in her Jeep towing our boat up to the Adirondacks, and she was always calling me on the radio letting me know that she was hanging back more than normal because the LED's were so bright.
I tested my TT with just the LED's hooked up instead of the regular fixtures, and they flashed just fine. No real added load to the TV's system. It's when you replace the TV's turn signal bulbs with LED's that you run into load issues.
