Finally went and did it

I made the mods to my (s.o.b.) that I had planned for the ole sunny.

I made a harness using 2 40A hella relays that join the 2 batteries together.

If I use the 'battery boost' button on the dash to start the chassis, it isolates the 2nd battery since the relays are after all 40a, and if I go on shore power, it isolates the batteries so my 2 channel, 10amp per channel noco super smart charger takes over, eliminating the 3amp charge circuit of the magnatek 6332

since the negative cable is full size 1ga, I can use the positive on one, negative on another setup when the batteries are connected such that both have the same resistance.

ideally, I would have liked to use 1 relay fired by the shore power condition that could handle the current of the boost circuit, BUT, who makes a 300+amp relay that fires on and consumes about 50-100ma?
