The problem with attaching heavy items to the walls in a TT is that the material is very thin luan with decorative covering. There are some 2x2 studs in the walls, but they are not always where you might expect them to be.
In some places, there is plywood sandwiched in the wall for strength. You will find this where the outside hatches are located, and also in the interior walls where there might be a TV shelf mounted. But it is invariably not where you might want it to be for a project like yours.
If you can locate some of the studs, you can probably hang your cabinet safely. If you attach it only to the luan, it will not be strong enough.
I moved the TV shelf from the bedroom to the end of the galley cabinet by the stove. To mount it, I removed the stove and then build up 3/4" stock behind the luan where the mounting arms attach to the wall. Luckily, I could get at the backside of the luan in this case, but it is one of the very few places in a TT where you can do that.
