Thanks Jill for posting this, the meal plans look great.
I'll get back and post our planned items to share once the boss informs me on what we're doing
See everyone on Friday.

Jill, I see the weather forecast has changed to showers on Friday and scattered thunderstorms on Saturday. Hopefully your 10x10 EZ ups will keep the rain away!

I can make a french toast casserole for Sat. brunch. I'll bring the bread oven again and bake bread for Saturday afternoon (bruschetta appetizer), dinner or Sunday breakfast. It's asparagus season here in Michigan. I'll make asparagus with gorgonzola and bacon for Sat. dinner.

Here are the John and Cindy items.
Friday. We will be at camp early enough to dine with others at 6:00PM
Saturday Breakfast: Cooking French Toast and bacon for us and enough to share.
Saturday afternoon munch out: Cheese and crackers.
Saturday Pot Luck: Bringing crock pot full of sausage and peppers
Sunday breakfast: Cooking a scrambled egg something for us and home made orange bread to share. If the Dona and Charlie big pot is up for boiling we can cook there or do it in the camper and bring.
Last year Friday night we hosted Friday supper under our large camper awning. Pending the amount of liquid coming down we can offer this area if there is a light sprinkle out. If we have real bad weather, last year, Gateway would let us use there indoor gathering room if we needed to and it was not pre-reserved. We can ask again this year.
Only 3 days more of work until we can come out and play. YEH!!!!
Looking forward to seeing every one again.
John

I am not much of a cook, but I can chop up some rabbit food with the best of 'em, so we'll bring the greens.
Any special requests for stuff to avoid, or desired dressing?
We have plenty of "Ranch", and open to suggestions.
I'll bake some chocolate chip-&-nut bars too.

Tom -
Thanks for compiling the list in one location. With the new format, I wasn't sure if I could update the list throughout the week and was waiting until more people had responded.
I'll switch to an egg casserole instead of french toast casserole for Saturday Brunch. I will also be bringing BBQ pork and buns for dinner Saturday, enough to share.
Thanks for dessert Roar!
I still don't know when our family members will arrive. 2 of 3 should be there for dinner Friday.
Jill

Wheatons on Wheels checking in....
Hi fellow Sunliners!
Sorry for checking in late, but we've been camping!!!
The good news is that it looks like all the culinary heavy lifting has been done. Jules and I offer the following amendments: - Friday Night - We'll be joining the dining group
- Saturday Brunch - How about Bloody Mary's for all??
- Saturday Snack - Chips and Salsa; maybe a dip?
- Saturday Pot Luck - Boston Baked Beans Minnesota style. We were going to go with Mexi-Burgers, but it looks like we have ample meat.
If there are any other recommendations, please let us know. It will be great seeing you all again, plus meeting Hutch and Viking! We'll probably get there around noon. Happy Camping!

I just looked at <yr.no>, and there it says it will start clearing up in the afternoon on Saturday.
Sounds more promising weather-wise.
