Yeah, I know it's very early and you make think it’s premature to post this, but Southwoods will start taking reservations for the 2021 camping season via phone calls or email on January 02, 2020.

We will be submitting an email to reserve the pavilion and for a site on January 2nd, 2020 to setup the 2021 WNY M&G.

On January 2nd, 2020, Southwoods will start going through all the email and phone voice message requests for 2021 camping season reservations.
They will phone the individual to confirm the reservation and get the 1 nights deposit to secure the reservation.
They’ve indicated due to the large amount of email requests they receive each year (150+), it takes them typically until the end of February to go through all the emails and contact the individuals. So don't expect an immediate response from them.

If you are interested in attending the 2021 WNY M&G, on or after January 2nd, 2020 call or email Southwoods with your reservation request to:

Include in your email:
- Name & phone #
- Planned Arrival & Departure dates,
- Preferred site,
- Identify you're part of the Sunline Group.



Please post a reply to this thread if you've submitted a reservation request and when you get your confirmation.
With your reservation confirmation post, please include:

> nights reserved,
> names of those attending


I will start maintaining a list of attendees once confirmations start being posted.

We just made reservations for coming in on Wed 9/22/21, leaving on Sunday 9/26/21, 4 nights on site M36. 2004 T310SR, John & Cindy.

It seems M41, M37 and M38 are booked already.

See you in a little over a year from now.
