Would have loved to join you!
But I called 3 weeks ago for reservations and they were fully booked from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Not one space available. Oh well! Maybe next year!

Hi BrendaB,
Sorry you weren't able to get a site. Did you ask to be put on a waiting list incase of a cancellation?
Buttonwood has gotten very popular and add to that the increase number of people buying RVs and camping, it's hard to get campsites almost anyplace unless you book very early.
Best time to book at Buttonwood to ensure a site you want is the Tuesday following the M&G week-end.
Hope you have a safe and fun camping season and maybe we'll see you next year.

FYI to Buttonwood Attendees:
I checked Buttonwood's web site - I did not see any information on their web site about COVID restrictions and/or guidelines the Buttonwood has in place.
I believe PA is easing COVID restrictions, but I'm not sure on any specifics or if it's based on geographical areas.
So I'm guessing Buttonwood is following PA guidelines.
If someone has more specific information on current PA COVID guidelines/restrictions, please post so individuals traveling to Buttonwood from out of state are aware - thanks.
For those that might be interested, Mary and I have been fully vaccinated.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in a few weeks.
Safe Travels and see everyone soon.

As of right now, PA plans to lift all Covid-related restrictions except mask-wearing on May 31.
Masks will still need to be worn indoors and at crowded outdoor gatherings unless you are fully vaccinated. When 70% of PA residents are vaccinated (currently at 50%), the mask mandate will be lifted.
Due to its higher population concentration, Philadelphia currently plans to follow that guidance at a later date, and other municipalities may (but probably won't) choose to do the same.
Of course, that's assuming the statistical magicians don't pull any more rabbits out of the hat in the interim.

Pa is following CDC guidelines. As of now, no masks if you're vaccinated or outdoors. Pa is going to change the guidelines again on Memorial Day. When Pa hits 70% vaccinated they will drop the mask mandate.

I don't think we need a welcome gathering Friday night since we all know each other, except for that Marshall fellow. We might have to keep an eye on him! Friday can just be a regular gathering around the fire at our site.
We will see you all next week.

Thanks Mike - sounds good.
With such a small group and we all know each other well, it'll be a plan as we go event.
Who are Marshall & Sue anyway??? I seem to vaguely remember people by those names
