2019 WNY M&G Sign-Up

When:
Thursday, September 19th - Sunday, September 22th, 2019

Where:
Southwoods RV Resort
6749 Townline Road
Byron, NY 14422
Lat = -78.0360; Long = 43.0775

We have reserved the inside pavilion in the middle of the hill circle sites for our activities.
We have reserved the pavilion for Thursday, Friday, & Saturday
We need a minimum of 10 sites to have the inside pavilion free of charge.
Otherwise, there's a $150 charge for use of the pavilion.
If there's a charge for the pavilion, its cost will be shared between attendees.

Note: The sites on the hill that surround the pavilion are Water & Electric sites and are identified as H## sites.

Call Them and Tell them you’re with the Sunline Group. They will make every attempt to group us together.

RESERVATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME BASIS.
Note: Campground fills up fast, so it’s best to make reservations as soon as possible if interested in attending.

Note: In 2019 the campground will be dropping their Good Sam Park membership so there will no longer be Good Sam Discounts.

Update - we do have the Pavilion for both Friday and Saturday's at Southwoods.

Mary and I are planning on getting pizza Friday night.

If anyone is interested in joining us and having an impromptu pizza party Friday night in the pavilion, let us know and we'll make sure we check with you Friday before ordering.

A wonderful time and such lovely weather ! Thanks Hutch and Mary for making this such a fun event ! (as always) We had a great time and it was such fun to catch up with everyone !
