Ok anyone interested in kyacking on Friday instead of Saturday ?
Meet at 9:00 leave no later than 9:15 try to double up kayaks! Or try to do that Thursday night!
Leave a vehicle or 2 at end North Street - drive to Rondax Road - put in!
Enjoy a very lazy day - no rapids this trip!
Pull out at North Street - send people back up to Rondax to pick up vehicle - come down to North Street load up & back to Nicks .....
Bring a lunch - many sandy areas along route to stop!!!
It is about a 4 hour float!!!

Sounds great ! No rapids? That was the exciting part !!! LOL. And kayaking on Friday means we are all a little more flexible on cooking for the Sat. pot luck too !

Last year we had the Auction on Saturday and that seemed to work for us. I suggest we do the same this year. Anyone second the motion?

I agree, let's stay with 6:00 for the pot luck then the auction and hope for no bears anyway. Vic will have a scavenger hunt again this year and we can wing it for Friday night. I do have a short music TV theme trivia for Friday.
I'll track the dinners for the pot luck as they come in. I hope there's Shepherds pie in there someplace.

I will have a lottery after the action (everyone will need their camper serial number)
We have finished the clues to the TREASURE hunt. So everyone may search for the treasure at their leisure (alone or as teams).
We will discuss results at Saturday campfire
We will have a serial # scrabble on Saturday campfire also.

Saturday is shaping up. Kayaking on Friday and how about bring munchies Friday night by the fire. I have TV theme trivia set for 7:00 Friday on the group site. I bet I have many songs you didn't know you forgot. Sheri and I may rent kayaks again this year but I don't think I could keep up with seasoned kayakers on Friday.
We're leaving for the camp site this Thursday so I'll be posting pot lucks and schedule a couple of times between tomorrow and Wednesday morning. I will be in touch on a limited basis on the small screen from Old Forge.
