Happy to say that Steve & Gail Collins will be joining us for a day (Saturday) and will be at the evening get together. Think Gail may bring a tossed salad, but not confirmed.

Proposed Schedule for Adirondack Meet & Greet

Thursday Sept 8th (for earlybirds). 7:00 pm at Site #47 (Paul & Sheri) for dessert & coffee.

Friday Sept 9th Help by any and all to set up Group Site #54 with tarps, popups and tables.

Afternoon (subject to Vic & Mir’s discretion) Scavenger Hunt. Need more feedback as to when this is best to do.

Evening (6:30 – 7:00 pm) Group Site # 54. Feel free to bring Munchies and whatever you want to drink. This may be a good night to do “Cold Suppa” (remember reaching into the brown bags and guessing last year?) OR the Chinese Auction. (Steve do you want to start a Thread for that?) If we do the Scavenger Hunt in the afternoon, might be best to give Vic & Mir a break and do Chinese Auction under Steve’s direction, then “Cold Suppa” Saturday Night. Need input from both Vic & Mir and Steve & Diana.

Saturday Sept 10..Kayaking/Canoeing (see Kathy’s Thread).

Evening 6:30 pm Pot Luck (see Thread if not already signed up)
Give & Take Table will be set up. (see Steve’s Thread).
Cold Suppa game or Chinese Auction whichever wasn’t done on Friday evening. Input needed.

Sunday Sept 11. Help to take down Group Site 54 and return tables.

Sheri and I will be headed to Nicks Lake early on the morning of the 1st and probably won't have access to the forum after that. Everyone drive safely.

Sheri & Paul, everything looks good with the schedule. I am wondering if the Chinese Auction might work better for Saturday evening after dinner..That seems the night everybody else does theirs..Tom & Mary have posted all the rules for this on the WNY Meet & Greet forum..

See the thread on pot luck. With a bear problem this year the Ranger asks that there be no cooking or eating outside after dark. Maybe we should change Friday night snacks and Saturday pot luck to 5:30 so the food is put away by dark.

Well all - the weather looks like it will be WET the entire weekend! So please be prepared !

On a side note! I for one do not like being on open water when it is raining! So we will have to check weather report Thursday nite before we head out Friday on our kayak trip!!!!

If we want to reserve it for Friday cost is 50.00 reservation fee. Or wait until Friday & take our chance it is available - then it is free!!!

This isn't right! There's other campers on our sites. They even let a camper on the community site while we're not looking.

So far beautiful weather. Warm days and cool nights.
