2016 10th Annual WNY M&G Sign-Up

We have reserved the inside pavilion in the middle of the hill circle sites for our activities.
We need a minimum of 10 sites to have the inside pavilion free of charge.

Note: The sites on the hill that surround the pavilion are Water & Electric sites and are identified as H## sites.

Tentative List & Schedule of Activities:
Sign-up threads will be posted early – mid August, 2016.

Friday:

Saturday:
> 6:00pm - Pot Luck Dinner
> ~7:00pm - Chinese Grab Bag (after Pot Luck Dinner)
> Camp Fire

DO NOT use the on-line reservation feature of their web site
Call Them and Tell them you’re with the Sunline Group. They will make every attempt to group us together.


RESERVATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME BASIS.
Note: Campground fills up fast, so it’s best to make reservations as soon as possible if interested in attending.

The campground is a Good Sam Park and honors the Good Sam Discount. You will need to inform them you are a Good Sam member at time of reservation and present your card at time of check in to receive the Good Sam discount.

This is more a heads up and early request for a new host for the WNY M&G so anyone that may considering hosting the WNY M&G next year (i.e., in 2017) has time to think about it and decide if they want to do it.

Mary and I will be unable to attend or host the 2017 WNY M&G due to a family wedding. Therefore, we need to transition the coordination and hosting of the 2017 WNY M&G to someone else, if the event is to continue in 2017.

Anyone that may be interested can either reply here or send me a PM and I will try to answer any question you may have.

IMO, a new host has the privilege to:
> Change the date of the WNY M&G
> Change the location/campground of the WNY M&G

My goal is to have a new host prior to this years WNY M&G.
If there is no one interested in hosting the 2017 WNY M&G, we'll probably cancel the WNY M&G for 2017.

Thanks everyone for making the 10th WNY M&G such a great success.

We had a great time and enjoyed visiting with all our friends.

Hope everyone made it home safe and had an uneventful trip.

Hope to see everyone again next year.

We are safely home and Winterizing the Sunline. Thanks to all who made the M&G such fun ! We had a wonderful time! Also thanks for making our friends feel welcome. They enjoyed meeting you all and have signed up for next year !

Just to let everyone know Barb and I got home about 2 PM today from the NY meet and greet. We had left South wood and went to Manchester New Hampshire so Barb could visit our friend Sharon who was quite ill.
