2014 Buttonwood M&G Potluck Dinner
The Potluck Dinner will be held on Saturday evening. Hotdogs, hamburgers, and buns will be provided with a collection taken to defray the cost. Please reply to this email with what you plan to bring.
Saturday night’s Pot-Luck Dinner:
Everyone is to:
-Provide their own drinks and place settings,
-Bring a dish to pass.
-Grilling of their own choice (optional)
Dishes to share / pass may include:
-Appetizers
-Salads & Side Dishes
-Entrées
-Desserts (always a favorite) 
Recommended Serving Size of Shared Dishes – enough to serve approx. 12-15 people.
Pot-Luck Dinner Schedule:
We’ll eat dinner at 6 pm.
Good times before and after dinner!!!
If you wish to grill, the past 6 years individuals brought their grills to the tent area around 5:30 pm to grill their meat. This is strictly up to you. You may wish to skip the meat and dive directly into the provided variety of dishes.

We'll bring dark chocolate iced mini eclairs.
So...grilling begins at 5:30, but buffet doesn't start until 6:00? Is that correct?

Yes Pam. Grilling of the hamburgers and hotdogs and those who wish to grill their own meat will begin around 5:30 so everything is ready to eat at 6:00.

We had talked about pork BBQ also. Maybe between Wendy & Larry's and us we'll have enough for everyone and we can forget the hamburgers and hot dogs. If someone is bringing hamburgers and hot dogs, let us know and we can bring some thing else.

Roz,
It was going to be expensive to provide hotdogs and hamburgers for 60 people so I would be happy to also do pulled pork and buns so there would be 3 units doing pulled pork and buns.
Any objections by anyone?

Seems like a great idea to me. And if anyone wanted burgers they could just bring their own. (which was what we did for many of the first Buttonwood Meet and Greets.)
