Last I knew, they didn't have one, but that was 2009.
Yup, I've called Nancy many times and discussed who all made reservations. I used to go through the whole list with her and if she read I name I couldn't figure out a username/reservation, I added it in.

They don't have a user name, and don't use the website. Hope and Richard invited them one year and they've been coming ever since

So be it!
Even if they aren't on the site, they are still Sunline owners!

Yep, and they became friends with each other BECAUSE of their Sunlines! They were camping next to each other one year at a campground.

At the end of last years M&G, Buttonwood Group Director Tom, told me they were changing their policy on holding sites for us. They felt that it was taking too long for our members to make their reservations and that they couldn't risk having empty spots on a Summer Week-End. The CG was full during our visit last year, but it "came doen to the wire" I was told. We discussed it a little, but I didn't have much luck changing his mind. I was assured that we would have the same discount as a "Group", but that they were not going to hold us "Group" sites. I was also assured that we would have full use of the tent (pavillion if completed) and fire ring, etc... I like Buttonwood, but also think it may be time to explore the possibility of a new location for the 2013 M&G. The big advantage they offered was the holding of sites, which they no longer seem willing to do. Tom isn't going to be on Buttonwood's staff this year either, so I was told by Tom and Nancy to speak with Ryan with "group matters". I just saw this post, and am suprised that the CG is full already. I'll see if there is anything I can do.

I agree. Maybe there should be a suggestions thread to see if anyone has ideas for a different campground.

Agreed... Possibly something in north central PA.. That would be closer to a lot more of our members... Just a thought.

Agreed. I will start a new discussion to see if we can garner some support for a change. I also agree that something a little further north might be beneficial to our group.

Since there is already a NY Meet & Greet, and we have folks that come from as far south as Richmond, VA, I think staying in mid Pennsylvania would accomodate the most people.

Remember folks, Buttonwood said they would release the sites they were holding for another group on March 1. So today's the day to call if you want to move from the river side over with the rest of us. Or if you don't have a reservation, today's the day to call

Thanks Tweety for the reminder there. I called Buttonwood and Ryan got us in site 108 for Th/F/S. I asked, and if anyone else is interested get a hold of Ryan and he should be able to maneuver things around and to get you a upper section site.
So you can add Irishcampers (Dave & Sue) 2007 195SR to the list on site 108 for Th/F/S. See you in June.

Check out the Meet & Greet here in Hillsdale, MI in May. Yes, the kids are in school, but it is much closer and easier to make after the school day is over. About an hour west of Ann Arbor, MI.

Please allow a retired ('tired?) school teacher to weigh in on this. Take the kids out of school for a day or two. If you plan ahead, get assignments, etc., they won't miss a thing. Trust me.
Time spent traveling and hanging out with loving parents and other adults trumps reading about doing it, sitting in an English class.
My heretical 2 cents,
Teach

I don't know about other areas, but where we live, it appears that "sports" are more important than an education. It's a shame what our student education is turning into.
Remember the days when we walked out of school with 3, 4 or even 5 books and had homework to do from ALL those books. HA, down here most kids exit school empty handed, or with Ipods / phones in their hands. And this is everyday that I see this.
