It’s time to make your reservation for next year's Buttonwood M&G Rally.

Friday June 11th – Sunday June 13th, 2010 Note, It was decided at the 2008 M&G that the Buttonwood M&G would be the 2nd week-end of June each year from now on.
(That is starting on the 2nd Friday of June, to avoid confusion during the years where June 1st is on a Sat. or Sun)

Directions to Buttonwood from the US22/US322 Port Royal Exit
From U.S. Routes 22 & 322, take Route 75 (Port Royal Exit).
At flashing red light, turn left to Mexico,
Go ½ mile, take 1st right after Mexico Market,
follow signs to Campground

Caution - it's very easy to drive by the road to Buttonwood; Chrysler Dealer is before Mexico Mart on the right. Road (300'+/-) after Mexico Mart to Buttonwood Y's off to the right. There is a sign with an arrow, though the last few years it’s been some what obstructed by brush. The road is narrow through the neighborhood. At the end of the road turn right and Buttonwood is on your right.

I talked with Nancy when checking out on Monday and she told me that there was another group booked for the same week-end as us and she had them on the Riverside and that 14 have already reserved Riverside sites in that group.

Based on our growth over the past few years, there’s a very strong possibility that next years SOC group will fill up all the top sites and start flowing over into sites on the Riverside.

With the other group already reserving sites on the Riverside, there’s a chance Buttonwood could get completely full fairly early for the 2010 week-end.

Therefore, if you’re considering coming to the Buttonwood M&G Rally in 2010, I would recommend you make reservations for a site as early as possible to make sure you’re not closed out.

I thought I sould post this under the main announcement for the 2010 M&G. Hutch got this information upon check out of the 2009 M&G. Any parties interested in attending the 2010 M&G should be aware the possibility of limited space due to the other group function on the same week-end. Please make your reservations ASAP, remember they can always be amended in the future. Good luck, and I look forward to seeing everyone again next year.
