Hey Steve,

Sue at Southwoods said she would hold the sites for us until the week before the M&G. So you have time to decide.

Hope you and Gail can make it.
I know it's a long drive for you, but it'll be worth it

If you can't make it, we'll see you at the ADK M&G - right

Thanks for that info. We'd really like to do both M&G's, but if we have to choose, it'll be ADK. But I think we'll pull both off, just can't commit yet.

My mom lives in Brockport (where I grew up, too) so we know it is just an hour's drive from our house to her's. Byron's only a few minutes away.

We're still planning on coming too, Hutch. Just waiting for a few more ducks to get into line.

Henry & Karen have booked C7 for FSS.

FYI, we were looking at M1 and they said it was already taken, although I haven't seen it posted here.

Hi Henry,

Glade you and Karen are able to join us. Got the list & map in the OP updated to include you guys

Not sure about site M1 . I need to call Sue to reserve Site C8 for our Food & Gathering site. I'll ask her about site M1 if they are part of our group.

Hope you're having a good summer.
See you in Sept.

Talked with Southwoods today.

Sites C9 & C13 are still available for anyone who is interesting in joining us.

As Henry indicated - site M1 is reserved - I forgot to ask if any of the other M sites were still available.

We will be there. We have site C-12. I'll get there with Brian and Bentley Friday sometime after work. Hannah has swim team practice Saturday morning so her and Renee will come out after practice.

Well here it is Thursday morning of the Western New York M&G! YEAH!

Leo and I are going to head out today instead of Friday - we have many stops planned along the way - so we are not sure if we will arrive late Thursday or first thing Friday morning......have a safe trip everyone and we'll see ya all there!

We've had a change of plans this weekend and we're not going to be able to make it. I just canceled our reservation. Too many things popped up we need to do. Maybe next time.

Sorry to hear about that, but fully understand.

I'm sure you have a lot going on with the kids back in school and athletics starting up again.
Been there - Done that

You'll have to see if you can schedule in a trip to the Buttonwood Rally next year.

Well here it is Sunday morning....a pancake breakfast is planed for 9:30 and we don't want to leave....this campground is beautiful, the owners are very pleasant and helpful, but most of all the Sunline attendees are wonderful people......
This was such a laid back M&G it was great - got to talk to everyone, sit around and have a few beers & laughs...Mary (maryamore) hosted and exercise class - gee and only the women showed up - wonder why? As for Saturday nites pot-luck dinner - if anyone walked away hungry - it was their own fault - desserts, in my mind, should always be served first . Thanks to everyone, Hutch & Mrs. Hutch (Tom & Mary) for suggesting & planning this M&G and to Mary for remembering Leo's birthday, Bobo (Dave) & Amy for the firewood - nice campfire - are the ashes still hot? To everyone who brought the delicious food & deserts. And most of all for the new friends we met & made........this is what I call campin'!

Hope to see some of you at the Adirnondack M&G, if not perhaps at next Buttonwood, or maybe at a Western NY M&G next year!!!!!! Any takers????

Hope everyone has a safe trip home!!!!!!!!!!!

WNY M&G

WOW!!!! What a great time we had just an hour from our home. Thanks again to Tom and Mary Hutchings for planning and hosting the trip. I really needed the time away with Dale and how nice it was to spend time with such caring and interesting couples and families. This is a happy camper ! And thanks again to Dale for bringing me.
Mary & Dale
P.S. Dale says he enjoyed the good food the good people, good networking and the good time, not necessarily in that order....isn't that just like him?
P.P.S. Tom, we would probably like to use that picture you took for our profile.

What a wonderful weekend! Thank you, Tom and Mary, for arranging this event. This was our first Meet and Greet, and between meeting new friends, the delicious food, and the campfires, it won't be our last. Thank you Kathy for the blessing, it started the meal perfectly.

Great meeting you all, and hope to see you again soon.

Mary and I had a great time.
Great friends, great weather, great campground, couldn’t get any better.

The pot-luck dinner was fantastic and the deserts even better.
Nightly camp fires were the best.

Thanks to everyone for making this such a great week-end.

All we can say is, Doug we hope you stay straight

Tom & Mary
