Y'all may already know this, but ...
This summer I installed a WH bypass and a antifreeze pick up on the Taj and what a game changer. We like to camp year 'round (and in Virginia that's possible). When a warm-ish weekend shows up, we go and dewinterize at the campground.
Before leaving (at the dump station), we open all faucets, block the toilet valve open, open the low point drains and pull the plug on the water heater. By the time we get home, almost all the water is out and there is crude on the lip below the WH outlet, evidence of build up being washed out. The result is it takes less than 5 min. and three-quarters of a gallon of pink to rewinterize.
If you haven't tried riding home with all the plumbing opened up to take advantage of the trailer's motion - try it. Takes most of the time and money out of winterizing between trips.
