White Crap :(
OK, OK, somebody has to fess up and tell me WHO sent all this white crap to us ???? YEP, 9 inches of white crap, so no work today or tomorrow, and honestly I doubt friday either as my bus is not 4X4.
Gary and I had gone up into PA today, about a 3 hour trip, and it took us 5+ hours to get home. When we arrived home, large group of guys in sons driveway, so we stopped, and yep, there was my sons truck stuck up the hill in the side ditch. We were able to get into our driveway, it had gotten plowed. I then watched out the window to see what they were gonna do to try to free the truck. Well, with the help of a 4 wheelers and about a dozen friends, they got the truck out again this year. He gets stuck trying to go up nasty driveway to help plow neighbors out. (This nasty driveway leads to the house that was ours before the divorce in '03) and I am so glad I don't have to travel on it anymore.
But, hey I don't have to drive the bus tomorrow either, and friday might not be any better. It's tuff staying home and getting paid
OH, did I by any chance mention before that "I HATE THIS WHITE CRAP ? "

I know we will be glad when all this snow is done and over with. No matter what David still has to go into work...and he is on night shifts for the next few months. I-81 and I-70 was a total mess last night. Even 4 wheel drives flipped over. I know 70 west bound was closed due to tractor trailer accidents in western maryland.
Until the snow is done and over with... I guess we will just have to look out the window and see Sunny sitting there waiting.
Enjoy your days off and relax and enjoy.

The more it snows the more I want to go camping. I'm with you Kitty...if it never snowed again I would be a happy girl.

Hi Kitty,
NOW I remember why we are down here. lololol.
We sure feel for you as we sit here in the sun of Florida. You just gotta come further South for awhile. But don't despair, it is not that warm down here either, only about 40F right now. But at least we are not shovelling it.
At home (NB) they already have about 4 ft, more than they have had in awhile. They are getting snowstorm after snowstorm, but my sil is laughing all the way to the bank, he is a snowplow operator, lol! Gets paid by the hour, gotta love it!

I just cleared 3 feet of snow off the roof of my trailer. Should I be concerned about the weight it was holding?

Wasn't us. Sorry to hear about the dumping of the white stuff you are getting. Although we have some snow, we have no where near what you guys are getting. Hopefully you get an early thaw.

Light and fluffy snow, probably not.
Wet and heavy, probably would be the max just to be safe.
