Hey Mack, you found a car(truck) with a back seat big enough for my legs. Now I need a driver.

UM, coming shortly, yet another mod to Sunny 18, but right now Gary and his son are out getting ready to replace some "clutch converter thingie" that is acting up on the dually.

We are still planning to leave next friday evening, drive a while, boondock, then continue on our way to the Pigeon Forge area of TN for a hopefully very relaxing week.

Had my chemo yesterday, made me pretty sick, had only been in car about 5 minutes and had to make a pit stop , then was OK the rest of the way home. Fell asleep about 5pm, woke up at 4am and have been awake since then, but feel much better.

OK, got the latest mod to Sunny done this afternoon, but didn't have camera out there with me so you'll have to stay tuned for pictures. Will try to get the pictures tomorrow. You just have to remember this mod is not totally finished YET !!! My great girlfriend that has been taking me to chemo all summer and helping me run errands helped a LOT. Then we decided to put the original quilt, pillow shams and throw pillows under the bed, which was trick as most of the under bed area is taken up by the slide mechanism, but Sunline did create a shallow tray area that is above the mechanism, so we were able to use that area. Still a little for me to do before we are ready to roll out friday evening.

JohnB is on a distinguished road
Hey Mack,

H'mm Out of all those your listed, JohnB, Kitty, Gary, and Jon, we all have a Blue ovals on the front. But that front end looks like your nice blue truck with horns on the front?

Are you sure your not "stretching" this a bit on a mod you did last weekend keeping us guess'en?

Man, what a beast. A stretch truck camper... what will they think up next....

Yeah John, I realized that Blue Oval thing after I had posted.....I was just pulling together a list of the super modders.....just so happens they all turned out to favor the blue oval.

Can't say a lot about that though since our latest acquisition happens to have a blue oval on the hood.....

Between my bad knees, and mdfiregal's ankle the Chevy Impala that we had was too low for either of us to comfortably get in an out of. So she's driving a 2008 Ford Edge now.

Nope, it's not my mod, because if I could afford that tow rig, it would have the 40' fiver we've been eyeing at the last two RV shows we went to hanging on the rear of it!!

Of course it would be a bear to drive, but as long as we're dreaming, what the heck!!!
