Are they still in the RV indestry? They where such nice friendly people. They really took great care of me and my family while we had warrenty work done on our camper. I am really sorry to here all this happened. I wish I had a chance to say good bye. I just found out about all this last week. Had no Idea all this took place. I needed new tires and called...... what a shock!!!!!!! I hope all the employees and their family are adjusting well. Im sure there not but my thought and prayers go out to them. THANKS FOR SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT AND IF ANY OF THE OLD EMPLOYEES ARE IN HERE READING THIS, THANKS FOR SUCH A GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT. KEEP IN TOUCH!!!

First off Welcome to Sunline Club. A great place with a lot of nice folks and we welcome new members with open arms.

I was one of the fortunate ones who was able to interact with the company for little less than 2 years before last November when things all came apart. LaRue was top flight and so was the rest of the company that dealt with their customers. I think Herb was the person you where referring to in the service area. When LaRue could not cover the questions she directed it to the right person in the company who could. All within 24 hours of receiving an email… And all just because I had a Sunline product. I have been down into new product development, engineering, parts, service and warranty departments with questions. It was truly a unique setup and you coudl see they cared about their product and customers. All areas responded the same. The customer has a question, lets help them out.

I do not know what employment they have found and truly hope the best for them. To wish them good bye, hopefully some day they will run into our forum if they have not already and read what their customers think of the great work they did. Reading that public recognition after all the personal turmoil they have gone thru may give them a piece of mind second to no other. To all the employees of Sunline, you will be truly missed.

Thanks

John

Sunline Fan is an unknown quantity at this point
Hi Ford_Sunline,

Pam has pretty much mentioned all of the former (gulp) Sunline employees that have been heard from. One member on this forum mentioned that he got a letter from LaRue (contacted her via the attorney), so I tried to do the same. I never got a response. I don't think LaRue has internet access at home. I did contact Dale Zimmerman (VP Production) earlier this year, but I haven't gotten a response to the most recent e-mail. I think the e-mail server was shut down just before the auction.
