Weather stripping

What do you guys use for weather stripping around the doors on the outside compartments? Is there a recommended thickness I should use? I noticed last season that the doors were a little loose when locked. As always, thanks in advance.

Afraid I don't know, you may need to take a little sample to a hardware store and try to match it.

One time I thought I had a leak with an outside compartment door it turned out that the latch piece was loose.

Insulation

Ops, let me clarify. I mean the foam tape that is between the door of the compartment and the aluminum trim.

J&A Lima Oh
I ordered a roll from McMaster Carr when I was ordering some other things, I think it was 3/8" wide by 1/4" thick, comes in 50' rolls for under $10 per roll, but have to pay shipping, may be able to find some locally. Do you have a big box lumber store near by I would check there. You should be able to get a pretty accurate measurement for the size.

JohnB is on a distinguished road
If you strike out, RV Upgrades sells the type used on campers.

RV Slide-out Gaskets and Door Seals

I have bought other things from them with good success. They are based out of Ohio

As Jack said, McMaster Carr McMaster-Carr

McMaster is an industrial supplier of just about anything. We use them at work and I had forgot about them for this. If you can find it on there, it may be cheaper then in the RV sector as the letters "RV" = more $$$
