That does get around the "no double towing" law we have in Florida, unless they double check the weight limits of the TV.

Must be interesting unloading the boat.My guess is that if you back the truck far enough down the boat ramp the boat and trailer just float off and maybe the truck too.

Loaded/unloaded using a frame, ramps and winch. You can see how a boat/trailer is loaded in this video. I'd be a bit worried about finding a route to avoid overpasses and how the camper is loaded to keep weights within range.
