T-2075 Sunline

Thank you for the add. I am in need for a replacement for my gray water tank for my 2007 T-2075 Sunline camper. My repair service has run out of leads. Any help would be appreciated.

Is your gray tank cracked, a major hole in it or totally missing when you bought it?

Reason for asking is, they are repairable. The ABS tanks cnd be solvent welded to repair cracks, broken off pipe fittings and even large holes by welding on a new piece of ABS plastic over the hole. This process does not take special tools, just some know how and help on how to do it. We can help if you want to try this route with the how to do it. If you can post some pictures of the old tank, we can help give a better read on the repair and how to do it.

To buy a new tank may be possible, but it will take some digging to find one that will fit. There are places that make tanks, but it all starts with dimensions of the one your have.

Icon Direct is one such place that sells holding tanks. I have bought several of their products from them and they sell good quality at reasonable prices for the quality you get. There are other places too to look at.

They have a good qty of tanks, but again it starts with you measuring what you have and match it up. It may not be a 100% direct match but if it comes very close, you may be able to adapt it. The key being the dump valve outlet is close enough to your original location that pipe fittings will align to to it. The toilet floor flange hole fitting will have to be added on site and the roof vent pipe fitting. Even at Sunline, they had to cut in and weld on these fittings on site as the tanks do not come with them installed.

The new tank also needs to be able to mount to the floor joists similar to the way the original tank was.

The 2007 brochure calls out the T-2075 has a 35 gallon gray tank. So knowing the gallonage is also a good piece of info.

Another lead is to look on the side of the tank for the original manufacture of the tank. I do not know what brand tank Sunline used on your camper, it may have changed. If you find that manufacture stamp, a call to them may help. If that manufacture is still in business. Again, you have to give them dimensions. Odds are high they cannot identify it with a Sunline T-2075 even know they made them.

Repairing the existing tank if possible is the easier way to do this. Again, it depends if you at least have the old tank to start with and what is left to it. Many have done some very extensive tank repairs and they are still going strong. The materials for the repair do not cost a lot, but it will take some time.

Hope this helps.

John
